Generally we offer free consultation. After consultation, we can give you an estimate of the fees, if any, and costs associated with your case.

Contingent Fees

In most cases, we offer a contingent fee arrangement. While you remain responsible for costs, we only charge if you actually recover, based on a predetermined percentage of your recovery. We offer such arrangements in the following cases:
